Although SquareSpace may not seem like an easily customizable blogging platform, it's actually simple to create a DIY blog that's functional and beautiful.
Today I want to show you a quick and simple way to add a "Related Posts" section to the end of each blog you finish writing.
Step One: Use the Categories Section
Step Two: Add a Summary Block
I like to finish my blogs with my Related Posts for continued reading and visual appeal. We are going to build this look using the SquareSpace summary block.
First we head to our drop down + sign, and select the SUMMARY > CAROUSEL and we will drag and drop this to the bottom of out page. Now we will click EDIT and start the styling.
- CONTENT TAB | Select BLOG to filter your blog posts into your summary block.
- LAYOUT TAB | Aspect Ratio 1:1 , Items per row 4 or more (this is my preference).
You may notice I haven't changed the Header Text from "Featured". Let's go ahead and make that adjustment now.
- EDIT | Layout Tab | Header Text
Personally, I am not fond of how small the header text is for the summary block. I like to just adjust it easily without CSS in the header text using the font size command tags.
<font size = "11px"> Title Here </font>
